After Install the Microsoft Business Solution(MBS) setup, you can open the software from Desktop -> Start-> All Programs -> Microsoft Business Solution-Navision
there you will found 2 options

2)Microsoft SQL Server Option For Microsoft Business Solution-Navision
Microsoft Business Solution-Navision
This is login to the local Navision system. Normally it will be using Practice Database.

This is option is used to login to the remote server data base and work. Allmost all the companies using this option to logon.
